To meet exactly this need, we developed the "Data Bank" structure, which provides Sungur AI's organic connection with the outside world. The Data Bank is a unique system that translates the massive chaos outside into meaningful, organized, and actionable strategic signals for your company.

So how exactly does the Sungur AI Data Bank work? What data does it pull, and how does this data merge with your company's core data? Let's take a look under the hood of this structure together.

How Does the Data Bank Work?

The Data Bank is an "External Data Center" managed via /dashboard/connections and built entirely on a plug-and-play logic. It allows organizations to connect external APIs in the real world to their own systems in seconds, without needing any engineering or IT support.

The system regularly scans the data sources you connect and saves the raw data to a cache pool called external_signals. When you activate a signal source (for example, weather), the anomaly rules in the system that require that data automatically come alive. If the API key for that source is missing or the connection is broken, Sungur's smart infrastructure notices this situation and safely puts the relevant rules on hold (paused_by_connection) without throwing an error. When the connection is restored, the rules resume standing guard for your company right where they left off.

From Which Categories and How Many Signals Do We Receive?

As of now, the Data Bank is continuously fed directly by 12 main external data sources and uses these sources to feed more than 72 dynamic anomaly templates (Signal Templates). These data sources are divided into 4 strategic categories:

How Do External Signals Integrate With Customer Data? (Composite Intelligence)

These external signals have no meaning on their own. You can read the data "Euro has risen" on a news site or "Earthquake occurred" on a seismology alert. What makes Sungur unique is its "Composite Anomaly Scanner" technology.

In Sungur's database, your business data (core_customers, core_products, core_transactions) is stored in a highly flexible JSONB format. The Composite Signal Scanner takes the external signal coming from the Data Bank and directly "collides" it with your internal business data.

Integration Examples:

  1. FX Risk Integration: A signal comes from the Central Bank (Data Bank) of a sudden 3% increase in the Dollar/Euro exchange rate. The system instantly mathematically integrates this 3% increase with your "Inventory value in foreign currency" in your core_products table. It presents you with this report: "Due to the exchange rate increase, the local currency cost of the imported raw materials in your warehouse has increased by 2 Million, you should revise your product pricing."
  2. Disaster - Portfolio Intersection: A 5.5 magnitude earthquake signal comes from AFAD (Data Bank). The system instantly scans your insurance portfolio or logistics routes in your core_customers data. It matches the coordinates where the earthquake occurred with your customer/dealer coordinates and warns: "You have 450 insured vehicles and 2 main distribution warehouses in the earthquake zone. The estimated risk assessment is as follows..."
  3. Holiday - Order Intersection: A signal comes from REST Countries that there is an unexpected 3-day public holiday next week in Germany, your top export country. The system calculates your weekly Germany order rate in the core_transactions table and warns: "Delivery of your Germany orders may be disrupted due to the holiday, move logistics departures to this Friday."

In short, thanks to the Data Bank, the outside world becomes a sensor for your company. Your customers, inventory, and financial metrics act not isolated from developments in the world, but like a living organism that can instantly react to rain, sun, the stock market, and the news.
